Pursuant to section 57GF(2)(d) of the Commerce Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice that for the purposes of the proposed Commerce Act (Transpower Thresholds) Notice 2008, which can be found on the Commission’s website

(a) the service provider agreement entered into between the Electricity Commission and Transpower New Zealand Limited (“Transpower”) for the provision of system operator services by Transpower (“SOSPA”) is available for inspection during working hours free of charge at the Wellington office of the Commerce Commission located at Level 6, 44 The Terrace, Wellington, until the notice is made; and
(b) copies of the SOSPA can be obtained from the Commission’s Wellington office; and
(c) an electronic copy of the SOSPA can be found on
the Electricity Commission’s website
