On 20 December 2007, the Commerce Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to section 90(a) of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), prepared a
final TSO cost allocation determination of the matters set out in section 91 of the Act for the period between 1 July 2006 and 30 June 2007.
Pursuant to section 90(b) of the Act, the Commission gives public notice of its final determination.
