In accordance with section 34(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Minister for Transport Safety signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules on 7 May 2008 which will come into force on 12 June 2008:
Part 1-Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 38 (CAA Docket 4/CAR/7)
Part 125-Air Operations - Medium Aeroplanes, Amendment 13 (CAA Docket 4/CAR/7)
