Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71.9(d), the following amendment was designated with effect from 10 April 2008:
A new danger area NZD 822 (Retreat Creek) is established.
The Waitiri visual reporting point is renamed to Nevis Bluff.
Prescribed pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 71 of the Civil Aviation Rules, under a delegated authority issued by the Director of Civil Aviation.
