Pursuant to section 30D of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“the Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice that it has initiated, under section 30C of the Act, a standard terms development process in respect
of the specified service described as “co-location on cellular mobile transmission sites”.
Under section 30C(2) of the Act, the Commission must be satisfied that the applicable conditions (if any) in relation to the service have been met.
There are no applicable conditions for “co-location on cellular mobile transmission sites”.
