The Electricity Commission (“Commission”) has adjusted the annual levy rates for the financial year ended 30 June 2008, in accordance with Regulation 10(1)(d) of the Electricity (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2005 (“Regulations”), due to a reallocation of Commission costs between activities.
This notice of adjusted annual levy rates is issued in accordance with Regulation 8 of the Regulations.
The Commission has recalculated the annual levy rates in accordance with Regulation 7.
The adjusted rates, which apply from the monthly instalment payable in January 2008 in respect of December 2007, are as follows:
