Notice of Appointment of Receivers in Respect of Mortgaged Property
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 3 December 2008, we, Timothy Wilson Downes, accountant of Auckland, and Richard Grant Simpson, accountant of Wellington, were appointed receivers in respect of 10 Surrey Street, Wellington (“property”), owned by Tawa Retirement Village Limited.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
