Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Each of the above-named entities is a debtor under a global security deed dated the 29th day of August 2007.
The secured party, pursuant to the powers conferred by
the global security deed, appointed Kerryn Mark Downey
and Andrew John Grenfell, of McGrathNicol, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of all of the property and assets of each debtor as charged by the global security deed on 27 November 2008.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrath Nicol + Partners (NZ) Limited, Level 2, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland.
