Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

On 24 November 2008, the holder of a general security agreement dated the 20th day of March 2007 and registered on the Personal Properties Securities Register on 23 March 2007, appointed Trevor Thornton and Tim Downes, of Grant Thornton Chartered Accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
