Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, John Albert Price and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, hereby give notice that on 18 November 2008, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of North Shore Rigging Limited, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 21st day of August 2008, over all present and after acquired property, together with proceeds arising from that property including goods, money, accounts receivable and chattel paper.
If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above-named company, please provide details to the receivers and managers forthwith.
