Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 20 November 2008, John Trevor Whittfield and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Stevens Retravision Limited under the powers contained
in a general security agreement dated the 19th day of September 1999, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
