Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 17 November 2008, we, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO Spicers, were appointed by Westpac New Zealand Limited, acting under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 21st day of October 2002, to act jointly or severally as receivers and managers of all of the property of the above-named company.
