Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 10 November 2008, we, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO Spicers, were appointed by Trustees Executors Limited, acting under powers conferred by a debt securities trust deed dated the 12th day of December 2003, to act jointly or severally as receivers and managers of all of the property of the above-named company.
