Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 7 November 2008, Lloyd James Hayward and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of
the property of Infotrust Global Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement
dated the 20th day of October 2004 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
