Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Specific Assets
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Henry David Levin, insolvency specialist of Auckland, and David Stuart Vance, chartered accountant of Wellington, were appointed as receivers and managers of specific assets of Pettech on 1 February 2008, under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 5th day of April 2007.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of specific assets owned by Pettech.
