Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 31 October 2008, I, Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as receiver
and manager of all of the assets and undertakings of the
above-named company.
The appointment is effective pursuant to powers conferred by a general security agreement granted by the company.
