Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 31 October 2008, Stephen Charles William Smith
was appointed under the powers conferred by a registered general security agreement registered with the Personal Properties Security Register on 23 March 2007, to act as receiver and manager of all the property charged by the general security agreement by the above-named company.
