Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of Espresso Limited on 29 October 2008 by Westpac New Zealand Limited under the terms of a general security agreement over all present and after acquired property.
