of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Liardet Apartments Limited on 10 October 2008 under the terms of a general security and assignment agreement dated the 8th day of May 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
