Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 2 October 2008 at 4.50pm, Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Colyn Kathleen Devereux-Kay as receivers and managers of the property of Wilton Classics Limited, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 17th day of May 2005, secured over all present and future property of the company.
