Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Richard Dale Agnew, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of a specific asset of the DB Hastie Family Trust on 31 January 2008, under the terms of a security agreement dated the 14th day of May 2004.
