Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 22 September 2008, Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 16th day of February 2007, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property of the company.
