Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 19 September 2008, we, Duncan Varnham Fea, of Queenstown, and Alistair Rickard King, of Wanaka, were appointed under the powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 19th day of April 2007, to act jointly and severally as receivers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
