Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on Wednesday, 17 September 2008, Joseph Gordon Butterfield and Derek John Taylor, chartered accountants of Timaru, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers contained in
a general security agreement dated the 3rd day of May 2007, which property consists of all assets and undertakings of the company.
