Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 16 September 2008, I, John Michael Gilbert, was appointed under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 1st day of May 2007, to act as receiver of the above-named company.
