Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 11 September 2008, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property
of H.T. Turua Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 20th day of March 2007, for securing advances and other secured party accommodation.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
