Anthony David Kenneth Boswell and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of Residual No. 2 Limited (in liquidation) on 5 September 2008, under the terms of a security agreement giving the secured party a security interest over all of the assets and undertakings of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

Please Note: Prior to receivership, the company’s business was sold to a third party. Part of the sale and purchase agreement was that the majority of trade creditor liabilities were assumed by the third party purchaser.
