Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 29 August 2008, Grant Stephen Jarrold, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as receiver of income of the properties of Lyton Property Limited charged by a certain memorandum of mortgage dated the 1st day of August 2005.
