Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 26 August 2008, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after acquired personal property of Keith Richard Donougher, pursuant to the powers contained in a general security agreement dated on the 7th day of August 2008.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property and all other property of the debtor.
