Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 28 August 2008 at 9.00am, Paul Graham Sargison and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Perpetual Trust Limited as receivers and managers of the property of Anthem Holdings Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 30th day of March 2006, secured over all present and future property of the company.
