Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 27 August 2008, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Peter Charles Chatfield were appointed under the powers conferred by a registered general security agreement dated the 30th day of June 2004, to act as joint and several receivers and managers of all the property charged by the general security agreement by the above-named company.
