Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 23 January 2008, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Mr Happy Days Limited under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 21st day of January 2008 which confirms the terms of a general security interest created 20 February 2006, registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 6 September 2007.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property of the company.
