Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receivership Act 1993
Brian Soutar, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed receiver and manager of Boys Road Holdings Limited on 19 August 2008 by Canterbury Finance Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement giving the holders a secured charge over the whole of the assets of
the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.
