Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of R A & S L Jackson Limited on 18 August 2008 by Wholesale Distributors Limited and Wholesale Services Limited under the terms of a deed of debenture and guarantee giving the holders a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.
