Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Richard Palairet and Graham Cameron Edwards, chartered accountants of Napier, were appointed joint receivers of Tennyson Motor Inn (2003) Limited on
4 August 2008 by Davidson Armstrong & Campbell Solicitors Nominee Company Limited under the terms of a security and loan agreement giving the holder a secured charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after acquired property.
