Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 21 July 2008, we, Timothy Wilson Downes, of Auckland, and Richard Grant Simpson, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed receivers of income of the property of Castle Street Ventures Limited (“the company”) at 192 Castle Street, Dunedin, being more particularly described in Computer Freehold Register OT4A/92 and OT4/332 (Otago Registry) (“the property”) and/or all earnings, monetary rights, lease rights, insurance benefits and purchase moneys (“the assigned property”) or any part of the property and/or the assigned property with power to manage the company’s business transacted on or from
the property or in relation to the property and/or the assigned property or any part of the property and/or assigned property and to exercise all other powers which a receiver may exercise under the mortgage, under any of the facility terms (as defined in the mortgage) or by law.
The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
