Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Bryan Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO Spicers, Auckland, were appointed receivers of the above-named companies on 15 July 2008 under the terms of a general security agreement over all of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
