Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 9 July 2008, I, Gail Marie Kerr, was appointed by
Asset Finance Limited, acting under powers conferred
by a general security agreement dated the 21st day of September 2007, and a specific security agreement dated
the 21st day of September 2007, to act as receiver and manager of all of the property of the above-named company.
