Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 9 July 2008, I, Gail Marie Kerr, was appointed by
Asset Finance Limited, acting under powers conferred
by a general security agreement dated the 21st day of September 2007, and specific security agreements dated
the 14th day of March 2006, the 13th day of June 2006
and the 21st day of September 2007, to act as receiver and manager of all of the property of the above-named company.
