Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, hereby give notice that on 21 January 2008,
I was appointed as receiver of the property of the
above-named company.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the present and after acquired personal property of the company under a general security agreement dated on the 29th day of April 2005 issued by the company.
