Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 11 July 2008, Stephen Rex Tietjens and Laurence George Chilcott were appointed under powers conferred by a registered general security agreement dated the 26th day of July 2006, to act as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
