Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 9 July 2008, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Marina Holdings Limited under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 21st day of October 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: In respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and whosoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
