Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 7 July 2008, Kerryn Mark Downey and William Guy Black, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of The Pheonix Trust Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 5th day of October 2007.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the property and assets of the company as charged by the security.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrath Nicol + Partners (NZ) Limited, Level 2, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland.
