Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 27 June 2008 we, Peter James Heenan, of Invercargill, and Duncan Varnham Fea, of Queenstown, were appointed under powers conferred by a registered general security agreement dated the 16th day of November 2006, to act jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertaking of the above-named company.
