Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 5 June 2008, Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Chriscott Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated
the 5th day of March 2003, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
