Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Rowan John Chapman and Glen David Gernhoefer, both chartered accountants at WHK Gosling Chapman Partnership, Level 6, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on 5 June 2008, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Ridgeview Estate Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 19th day of July 2006.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking, and all its real and personal property, and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
