Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Colin Thomas McCloy and John Anthony Waller, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed joint and several receivers of the companies on 26 May 2008 under the terms of security agreements dated 16 June 2004, 22 October 2004 and 16 June 2004 respectively.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies' undertakings, properties and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92162), Auckland.
