Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 23 May 2008, Kevin James Gillespie was appointed under powers conferred by registered general security agreement dated the 31st day of October 2007, to act as receiver and manager of the property of the debtor, which consists of all the debtors present and after acquired property, being all the debtor’s personal property and all other property.
