We, David Winterbottom and Robert Hutson, hereby give notice that on 14 May 2008, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Real Estate Assets Limited pursuant to a registered charge dated the 20th day of September 2005 over all units in the AHA Unit Trust.
The Property Under the Charge is: All units in the AHA Unit Trust, being the trust incorporated by the trustee dated 30 August 2005 between the settler and Australian Hotel Acquisitions Pty Limited as the trustee.
