Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 8 May 2008, Stephen Rex Tietjens was appointed
under powers conferred by a registered general security agreement dated the 15th day of May 2007, to act as receiver and manager of all the assets and undertakings
of the above-named company.
On 9 May 2008, Peter Charles Chatfield was appointed
to act jointly and severally with Stephen Rex Tietjens as receiver and manager of the above-named company.
